Wow! That is an awful long time. It would hurt me a lot. But I understand your situation, Carole.

My son is very passive in their relationship. I told him if he wanted to see us, he could fly up to Virginia. He is always welcome. He hasn’t been here to see us or his sister in 18 years. It’s his turn, wouldn’t you say? I’m not going to hold my breath until he comes.
