It solved my problem!

Salvia Officinalis: The name of common sage & garden sage.

I write about my experience with consuming sage tea.

Fourteen months ago, I experienced sleep deprivation, itchy skin at night, & mad at myself for feeling tired during the day.

I tried various methods, celestial sleepy time teas, melatonin, walking after evening meal, but no resolution.

My blood sugar & A1C & thyroid panel tested normal. As a result, I declined sleep aids & antidepressants offered by my MD.

I read about different teas and decided on drinking sage tea an hour before bedtime.

There was no change for the first four nights, except that I felt calm & had more energy during the day. By the 6th day of sage tea drinking, I could sleep well every night!

Eureka! Sage tea worked for me!

What is Sage?

Sage is a plant with flat soft leaves. The tea is an aromatic infusion made from the leaves of the herb.

Sage is in the same family as mint and is native to the Mediterranean region. They use it fresh or dried as flavoring to many foods, particularly for stuffings to poultry & pork sausages.
