Thank you for your response, Dr. Singh. The article is from the journal of Women's Health from UCLA Science. Google Dr. Janet Zand, O.M.D., L.Ac. You will see her suggestion about silicon, L-lysine, collagen & Vit D. She also mentions the power of Strontium replacing calcium in your bones to improve bone density & that it slows down the breakdown of your bones. She suggests a bone support supplement that is better than calcium alone. It has D3 K2 Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Boron, Silicon, Strontium, L-lysine, and Hops. This is what I read from her article. She published follow-up Dexa scans from her patients after one year of using silicon with calcium, with improvement in bone density. Stay safe, Dr. Singh.
