She also mentions the power of Strontium replacing calcium in your bones to improve bone density & that it slows down the breakdown of your bones. She suggests a bone support supplement that is better than calcium alone. It has D3 K2 Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Boron, Silicon, Strontium, L-lysine, and Hops. This is what I read from her article.
