Oh dear! I have seen this last week.

The child was so loud I couldn’t make out what her mom was trying to say to her, but her tone was soft, placating and overly sweet which immediately got on my nerves because it was obviously ineffective.
Did I Witness ‘a Karen’ in the Making?
