I wish I had this ability in my younger years.

Excellent communication skills can take you far in life. Recognizing others’ needs means you’re halfway to solving any relationship challenge. Whether at work or home enduring a painful dispute, switching from explaining yourself to gaining understanding makes a huge, positive difference to conversation outcomes.
