Tamarind Pork, commonly known as “Babi Assam” is a Eurasian, Chinese, dish with slightly different cooking methods and ingredients depending on family traditions. The common ingredient in all however is juice of tamarind or tamarind paste. This is my “lazy” version cooked in a slow cooker for you to enjoy.
