I am old school, Pam. I do not eat out. except if I am on a vacation trip, I eat at a hotel. Then it is oats, boiled eggs, salads, salmon, soup & avocado sandwich. At home, I eat a salad for lunch & I cook Indian curry twice a week with saffron rice & veggies. I store cooked food in the refrigerator, heat it & eat it as needed. Curries are always tastier the next day. I love tea & coffee, no sugar & I eat Ezekiel sprouted grain bread.
