I am impressed!

It was slow going but I felt good seeing myself making steady progress up the cliff face. Would I turn this into a hobby? No, but as septuagenarians we occasionally need a challenge to test our limits. This was not something I would have attempted if I did not feel up to it. My regular band exercises, pushups and squats gave me the confidence I had the strength to do it. Besides, I had faith in my experienced friends and knew I was in capable hands.
