God bless you, Lucy, for your compassion. I often think of my late mother & feel tremendous guilt because I used to get irritated & impatient at her neediness. But thank God I never said a negative word to her. I know she felt my emotions, as she would be very quiet for a long time. If only I spent more time with her & listened or comforted her.
