… virus, to the point where the entire day would be almost ruined, I can’t meditate or even pray, and it comes with that guilt, and then I feel I shouldn’t have done IT.

Gee! i don't know what to say, Oyinade. Maybe you should see a therapist. Guilt should not be carried around to make you unhappy. I will pray for you.
