So here is what happened next!
I bumped into Valerie yesterday, exiting Costco with a suitcase. After a friendly greeting & a hug, I could not contain my curiosity & asked about her life. After all, she had confided in me previously & knows I had her interests at heart.
On her invitation, we sat in her car. She stated she intended to come by to give me the scoop about her plans.
Then she said.
