The feeble old lady whose husband had died, leaving her all alone, thought it would be best to accept the invitation to live with her son, his wife & their young daughter.

Every day the old lady’s sight dimmed, and her hearing grew worse, and at times at dinner, her hands trembled so badly that the peas ran off her spoon or the soup spilled from her cup.
