A Trap by a cunning Criminal.
She Hated Herself.
Sandy trusted the well-dressed gentleman at the park. He asked for help looking for his dog, Chappie. He described his pet with much sadness in his voice, holding a dog leash in his hand. Then he said; “the leash slipped off & he bolted!”
As a pet lover & dog-sitter for her neighbors, Sandy believed the man & agreed to help him search for his dog.
She walked around, calling the dog’s name. The man told Sandy his name was William, a bank executive. He said he will drive his vehicle around the block to search. Sandy kept searching on foot. Finally, after about 30 minutes, William returned driving his car, telling Sandy, “Thank goodness I found him, stuck in a pipe. I need your help to free him. Please jump in & come help me.” Sandy obliged.
Alas! It was a big mistake! The man drove Sandy to a remote area and molested her at knife-point. She begged & pleaded for him to stop. When he stood up to pull up his pants, Sandy escaped & ran half-naked, out of the thicket of bushes towards the roadway.
A lady driver saw her & stopped to help her. They called the police. A police vehicle arrived shortly & took Sandy to the hospital. She gave a statement & details of the perpetrator to the police.
