A unique way to train his dog!
To stop chasing cats!
The teenage boy became the owner of a five-year-old dog by adoption. Unfortunately, the dog's owners could not care for the dog since the dog had health issues.
It had a skin allergy that caused persistent itchy skin.
The dog had bleeding, raw, bald patchy areas on his body from scratching. It was pitiful to see the animal!
Their vet bills were over the top! The owners of the dog could not afford payments. So they decided to give their dog up for adoption.
So the young boy adopted the dog & loved the animal. His parents continued with the vet's allergy treatment, & within two weeks, the symptoms were gone & the dog gained weight and loved his new environment & his farm family.
Everyone agreed this previously itchy, scratching dog was happy & healthy at the farm with his new owners.
Leo ran all over the farm, playing catch & fetch the ball, running with the other dogs.
However, he was the only one chasing the cats. It was a bad habit frowned on by the family.
There were seven cats, adorable pets of the boy & his farm family. These cats were excellent rat catchers at the barn & they slept next to the dogs on the dog beds.
