I am ashamed.

Last year I was scammed into buying a website from a company operating from the State of Washington. The purchase was by phone from an aggressive salesperson, who promised immense profits in three months. In addition, I would get lifetime telephone coaching once a week.

Excited about the prospect, I paid the fee of $9000 by credit card!

Hello! What was I thinking?

They created a website with no action. After two weeks, no phone coaching. I called on the phone numbers they provided, but the Gurus disconnected all lines and vanished!

My credit card company continues to investigate the issue to retrieve the funds, but no results as yet. Finally, last week, the Federal Trade Commission sent me a check for $700 for charges filed against these crooks.

My credit card company responded & said They would not charge my account until the issue resolves. All I can do is wait. These crooks might find creative ways to convince the credit card company that they provided the goods.

I learned a hard lesson, and I am ashamed!
